Description
Gari is a staple Nigerian food produced from freshly harvested cassava roots through peeling, grating, fermentation, pressing, sieving, and roasting. It is rich in carbohydrates, making it an excellent source of energy for homes, restaurants, food vendors, and food processors. Our premium gari is hygienically processed to ensure excellent taste, long shelf life, and consistent quality. It can be enjoyed by soaking in cold water with sugar, milk, groundnuts, or used to prepare smooth eba for soups such as egusi, ogbono, okra, vegetable, and bitterleaf soup. Available in different grades and colors to suit customer preferences.
